As a buyer you often feel unimportant. In our search for a home we met a number of estate agents from a number of different companies. As soon as we met Paul he stood out from the rest. He knew the history and the quirks of the property he showed us and we’d seen his boards in the area. We’d left our details with about 5 different agencies but Paul was the only one who offered to show us more properties after our first viewing (with him). On our second viewing Paul showed us half a dozen properties in our price-range and it was great to see them all on one Saturday morning. So frequently we’d found just making the appointment to view a property difficult and here was an agent showing us a cluster of possibilities in one go! A totally new experience. We are so pleased that it was Paul who opened the door of the property that is now our new home. He is a credit to his vendors, but values his buyers and their needs as well. It has been nice to feel important for once and when we grow out of our terrace it will be Paul who will be finding its new owners.
