We will appoint you a highly trained and experienced Franchise Business Manager who will help you find the right location for your business. Once you have obtained the keys to your premises you will be assigned your Franchise Development Manager who will support and guide you through the next stage of developing your business. In particular they will assist you in:

  • Recruitment of staff
  • Marketing & promotion of your Hunters Franchise
  • Training of yourself & your staff

During your first week of opening, your Development Manager will support you on-site by:

  • Ensuring all systems are in place
  • Setting staff targets

Continued Training & Development

Each and every franchise will receive the very best training that the industry can deliver. Not only will you be assessed on completion of each course but our in-house trainers undergo external assessment themselves, to ensure standards remain as high as possible. After the initial roll out of the 30 training courses on offer our trainers will visit you to help you build on lessons learned in the classroom.
