We take a great pride in exceeding our clients expectations.  We strive to find a suitable tenant for your property to allow you to have peace of mind and with the minimum of fuss.

Our services fall into two main packages designed to meet your needs.  If you let your property with Hunters either fully managed or tenant find, this is what you should expect.

Lettings: Fully Managed Service

Our Fully Managed service includes:
•     All advertising in local press with photographs
•     Property brochure with colour photographs on display through our town and city centre offices
•     Circulation on our comprehensive mailing list including local employers and relocation agents
•    All viewing accompanied
•    A thorough tenant referencing service
•    Preparation of Tenancy Agreement
•    Advise necessary utility companies of final meter readings and of new consumers
•    Collection of first month’s rent and security deposit
•    Preparation of a detailed inventory with photo’s including schedule of condition         
•    Collection of rent monthly and transfer to a nominated account
•    Regular property inspections (initial inspection within 4-6 weeks of new tenants
     moving in and then every quarter thereafter)
•    Copy inspection report sent to landlord upon completion of each inspection
•    Any maintenance issues that may occur
•    Contacting tenants regarding renewal of tenancy agreement
•    Check out completed upon tenant leaving the property in line with TDS regs
•    Specialist Rent Guarantee scheme (12 months cover)*
