The North Leeds suburbs are regarded as desirable locations within Leeds City. They are approximately 30 to 40 minutes’ drive into Harrogate, York or Leeds/Bradford International Airport and only a short drive away from the Yorkshire Dales. There are a host of Golf courses to choose from and the City Centre offers some of the best shopping outside of London.
Chapel Allerton is only 2 miles north of the City Centre. The area is a vibrant and thriving community, with great links into the City Centre and excellent amenities centred on the heart of Chapel Allerton and Stainbeck Corner.
Parts of the village have conservation area status. There is a good mix of new build contemporary apartments, Victorian terraces, post war semi-detached and some larger distinguished detached properties.
