Worcester Park is a suburb of London covering both the extreme north west of the London Borough of Sutton in Greater London and The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The area is 10.2 miles south west of Charing Cross.
There are a number of parks within Worcester City with a wide range of facilities being available on the premises themselves. All these places are fantastic to explore in the winter or to relax and enjoy in the summer and various events take place throughout the year.
The Wildlife Ranger Team in Worcester Park manages 18 wildlife sites within the City boundary. Habitats include ponds, ancient semi-natural woodland, unimproved grassland and wildflower meadows, scrub, reedbed and riverbanks.
Many of these sites are in walking distance of the city centre and easily accessible from residential areas, meaning that you have a good chance of having a nature reserve on your doorstep!
