We have therefore, prepared this document to try to make life as easy as possible for our clients. Unfortunately, we cannot begin marketing a property until we have had all the required information:

Marketing
Within 24hrs
1. Contact all our ‘Hot Buyers’ by telephone.
2. Email and send by Royal mail the details of your property to all the remaining buyers.
3. *Publish your home on our website www.huntersnet.co.uk, www.rightmove.co.uk and the national Home Sale Network site www.home-sale.co.uk, www.globrix.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk, www.primelocation.co.uk, www.findaproperty.co.uk including photos, floor plans and audio/video tour.
4. Display your property details in our relevant office(s).
5. Give you feedback after every viewing.
Within 7 days
6. Advertise your property in local or regional property press publications, as appropriate.
7. Coordinate any other, additional advertising in property magazines, canvassing flyers and our own Exclusive Homes Magazine, etc.
Every 21 days
8. Call you to update you on our marketing progress.
Of course, we would be delighted to hear from you at any time if you have any questions, concerns our queries! Occasionally we do make mistakes. If this is the case with your home please call us immediately and we will do everything we can, as quickly as possible, to rectify the problem.
