"I initially instructed Hunters Lettings in or about 2006/2007 upon the completion of a flat I purchased.  Those instructions coincided with the property crash that followed leaving a glut of buy to let properties but, nothwithstanding that, Hunters Lettings managed to find me a tenant and have continued to do so to date.  Their reputation of providing an excellent service leads to quality tenants asking for accomodation and in turn means that I have tenants who not only pay on time but who look after my property with considerable care and attention.  All the viewings are managed well with the tenant being consulted and permission sought such that there have never been any complaints from them.  The inventory material is always excellent and their list of contractors whom I have used repeatedly provide the highest standard of service commensurate with Hunters need to  maintain their reputation.  The tenancy agreements are always properly completed and the invoices are detailed and accurate.  Such has been their level of service that on the purchase of my second flat there was no question of instructing anybody else other then Hunters Lettings.  In short, they have provided me with an excellent service, quality tenants allowing me to enjoy near full annual occupancy and delivered consistently and professionally.  Well done.  Keep it up."
