Hunters Property Group, THE York-based estate agency, is extending its new Hunters Personal network to Market Weighton and Pocklington with the appointment of Judith Teasdale as its first Agent in the town.
Judith, who will work closely with Hunters’ York office, has bought the franchise for the area and will be responsible for handling not just house sales but will also offer lettings.
Judith, who is a former business manager of Ford’s contract hire and leasing operation, commented: “This is a very exciting opportunity. Hunters’ experience is that customers really like dealing with one person who has a thorough knowledge of the community. This is totally in accord with my own philosophy; I firmly believe in treating customers as I would like to be looked after myself.
“Having lived in this area for the past 12 years, I know it inside out. So if anyone wants to discuss anything to do with selling their home, they just need to call me.”
Kevin Hollinrake, Managing Director of Hunters Property Group, added: “Hunters Personal is proving to be a very popular concept. Personal agents like Judith look after an area surrounding their own home so they know their community intimately.”
