Once we have your requirements we will complete a property match and discuss those with you. We can either e mail, post or ring you as and when we have any new properties on the market.
All viewings are by appointment only and we will endeavor to cater to your requirements and timescales.
Once you've identified a suitable property and supplied us with details of referees, references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance.
Upon applying for a property, you will be given a copy of a draft tenancy agreement. It is important that you take the time to read through this before you move in. A final copy will be given on the day which will then need to be signed and witnessed.
Should you need a guarantor, they will also need to be present to sign the necessary paperwork
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to you on the day that you move into your chosen property.
An advance rental payment is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. A rental deposit is also required from the tenant. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report.
Once the referencing procedure has been completed, we will confirm a move in date & time. At the agreed appointment, we will require the outstanding balance and all documentation to be signed.
We will then handover keys and you will be ready to move into your new home!
