My wife and I recently part exchanged our home to buy a new build property with Redrow in Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire. Redrow decided to market our property with three local estate agents with Hunters being one of the chosen agents. I am not normally the type of person to go out of my way to give praise, but when you see someone doing their job so much better than his competition I feel it only right to offer that praise.
We accepted the market valuation on the property on a Tuesday or Wednesday, by Saturday Gary Romans had organised 9 viewings and one of these viewings ultimately purchased the property, watching Gary work, he knew everything about the property and has fantastic people skills, the property was sold within 5 days.
On the day that the sale was agreed one of the alternative agents decided to put up a for sale board but had not organised any viewings, the third agent had not finished getting the details down on paper.
Gary appeared to work very hard and that hard work certainly paid off in our case.
